Feeling Soo Good

Necessity is defined as something vital to existence; and/or completion of a task.  So I beg the question: Are you doing what is NECESSARY for your own personal happiness?  I’ll take it one step further and inquire, “if so, are you implementing them every day, just as effortlessly as breathing?”  I’ll go ahead and assume the answer on your behalf...

That would be a resounding NO!!  I can say this because I wasn’t either.  All I knew was that I was becoming increasingly irritated by people and things in my immediate environment.  Nothing had occurred to cause the sudden shift, and I had no “true” source for my discontent.  Arriving at an impasse, I took to meditation to have a”peak” inside myself, per se.  What I found was that I was not focusing on ANY of the little things that brought me JOY.  As a matter of fact, EVERYTHING that I normally did just to appreciate ME had fallen to the wayside.  This is why my higher self had BEEF; I had been totally neglecting her.

It’s amazing how much of what we do is really apart of who we ARE.  Even though we are spiritual beings having a spiritual experience, it is virtually impossible for the average person to discern which of our desires is truly soul-gratify, or merely just a human vice.

The face of the matter is that these should be ONE IN THE SAME.  Whatever to fill our lives with should be seasoned with all the things that ELATE us.  It’s not enough to be in the service of others(unless of course this is the 1 thing you have come across that brings you unspeakable happiness!), as too much of any one good thing in any scenario can lead to discontent.  Seek out the balance.  Make what you value apart of your daily routine.  The people in your life will adjust!  After all, your complete meltdown will be just as much of a detriment for them.  Stick to your guns and be direct about what it is you NEED, and do it free from guilt.  Remember, all life ceases to exist if the sun does NOT shine...~The Queen~

Crystals and Couture

Those just might be my 2 favorite C words known to man!  With the start of a new year, it's only right I acquire a little bit of both!  I've had my eyes peeled for the past few weeks for all of the best sales; I had my heart set on a new piece of Rainbow Tourmaline and Rose Quartz(see below for crystal properties and uses if you aren't familiar!).  At the same time, I have also been dreaming of some new bags; crossbodys and a satchel, to be specific; a little on the fancy side though.  All of my work was not in vain because guess what?!  Marshall's is now carrying Badgley Mischka handbags and wallets-mike drop...but it gets even BETTER-not one item is priced over $29.99!!  Wait, What?!  Yes Please!!  Amazon has 1 lb of Raw Rainbow Tourmaline AND Rose Quartz for under $15.00.  I also came across a National Geographic Rock Polisher for $39.99!!  Your girl is absolutely THRILLED!!  What crystals do you have your eye on?!  Have you guys come up on any superstar purse deal

You Only Owe YOURSELF

I had an epiphany the other day... What if we put all the energy we expel on others that is foolishly wasted BACK into ourselves, our life dreams, and into creating the world we CHOOSE to live in??!! Before we all become hopelessly selfish and self-involved, re-read, and take in the thought in its ENTIRETY!!!  I am talking SPECIFICALLY in instances where your positive energy, time, and effort are not being reciprocated. There are so many situations we find ourselves in to which we develop an animosity of sorts towards those we are actively trying to help when we don’t feel that same energy being returned to us in one form or another.  Yet, we are taking umbridge with the wrong individual.  The person we should be focusing those feelings is right there waiting on the other side of the mirror.  That is who entangled you and your resources to an individual making moves to which your higher self is not in agreement.  This is who we should look to for explanation and a game

Being Present

This Moment, the one happening right now, is ALL that there is.  Allow me to explain... Yes, there is a past, things that have already happened.  What must be understood about these events is, once they happen, they are OVER.  It's gone.  If it is any point in time that you are not actively engaged in, that point does not currently exist.  The principle is also works on the inverse; anything that has yet to occur, has yet to come into existence , and should have absolutely NO bearing on what is currently happening to you. Our past is a experienced-based tool from which to learn and grow FORWARD.  It is not meant to trap us or the people in our lives, preventing our best lives from being brought to fruition.  If there is something behind you, LET IT GO.  Grasp the lesson and understand that there is no going back.  On the same note, we must also do the same when it comes to anticipation of events yet to come.  Being wrapped up in anxiety of how something MAY play out
