  Sometimes, we just have to sit Still...There is absolutely NOTHING to be done.  This place, my Loves, is by far one of the toughest destinations along our journey... One of the reasons we enjoy routine is because it provides a certain sense of comfort.  We welcome the known; it's a familiar friend...Whelp, you, just like me, chose MORE.  We couldn't leave well enough alone; and so, here we are!  On the glorious bright side, arriving at the "Pause", is a definite sign of progression😀.   We are now learning to shed the construct of TIME.  Just Stop.  Do not allow stress, anxiety, or the spirit of overwhelm force any action from you Ever  again.  Simply Chill .  That's it.  Know that the storm is raging OUTSIDE.  You are perfectly safe on the inside; with all you need until it passes. Only a Fool would go out in weather like that!  Instead, focus on the Present Moment.    Enjoy the warmth of the fi...

  Those just might be my 2 favorite C words known to man!  With the start of a new year, it's only right I acquire a little bit of both!  I've had my eyes peeled for the past few weeks for all of the best sales; I had my heart set on a new piece of Rainbow Tourmaline and Rose Quartz(see below for crystal properties and uses if you aren't familiar!).  At the same time, I have also been dreaming of some new bags; crossbodys and a satchel, to be specific; a little on the fancy side though.  All of my work was not in vain because guess what?!  Marshall's is now carrying Badgley Mischka handbags and wallets-mike drop...but it gets even BETTER-not one item is priced over $29.99!!  Wait, What?!  Yes Please!!  Amazon has 1 lb of Raw Rainbow Tourmaline AND Rose Quartz for under $15.00.  I also came across a National Geographic Rock Polisher for $39.99!!  Your girl is absolutely THRILLED!!  What crystals do you have your eye on?!  H...

This idea started in my journal this morning, then I later thought to pose it to the rest of the world...I recently came across an article (linked below the post) on theminsjournal.com that talked about lucid dreaming.  I no longer believe in coincidence, an took this as a response to the unanswered questions bouncing around in my head about what is actually HAPPENING to my mind and thought process as I grow, evolve, and change.  It broke me down in plain English, and helped me gain much-needed clarity on my current situation... What the article basically said, in a nutshell is that we are never truly awake until/unless we are completely focused, and living in the present moment.  The concepts of past, present, and future are all one construct; all existing right now, simultaneously.  In essence, we are constantly experiencing these things both consciously, and subconsciously.  What we do from day to day, is experienced through a state of Lucid Dreaming; ...

I have been feeling like a caterpillar for quite some time now...knowing that my life and experiences are necessary for the transformation ahead, yet I can't help yearning to feel my wings glowing in the sun!  I found a chart on pinterest, that broke down the different steps to spiritual awakening into 7 separate stages: Stage 1:  Unhappiness and Emptiness Stage 2:  Perception Shifts Stage 3:  Seeking Answers and Meaning  Stage 4:  Finding Answers and Experiencing Breakthroughs Stage 5;  Disillusionment and Feeling Lost Stage 6:  Deeper Inner Work Stage 7:  Integration, Expansion, Joy This was incredibly helpful in me figuring out exactly where I was in my journey; it also helped to appease my impatience by offering an explanation as to what's going on inside of me... According to this, I have left stage 5, that of "Disillusionment and Feeling Lost", and am now fully immersed in stage 6, my :Deeper Inner Work"...
