Versailles: The Life and Times of Queen Khira

I've Got My Own Shop!  Check it Out Below The Post! Aight fam, I took my time putting this review together...As an Avid long-term user of The Metaphysical Cannabis Oracle Deck,  I was afraid I wouldn't be able to be objective.  I read it all the way through; at once realizing that it was not best digested all at once, as one body of work.  Because of it's structure, it's better to intake it by it's individual sections.  You should utilize it for reference, depending on where exactly in your journey you are.  With this in mind, I dove back in; determined to give you a full assessment of this wonderfully refreshing addition to the spiritual side of the literary world... So, the book is broken down into four parts, and an introduction at the beginning.  For those of you just dipping your toes into the pool, let's first define Metaphysical.  This is an adjective with 2 separate definitions.  According to the New Oxford American Dictionary,...

Yo, it's straight spiritual warfare out there in them streets!!  If you haven't already retreated to the internal like most of the sane population, then I'm pretty sure you've noticed how weird everything, and everybody has gotten...Ya'll, ain't shit safe...well, if you  not  grounded, it's not... I was not born with a spirit of fear; this ain't no jump-scare...I ain't never been no punk!  It's a call to action to pivot, go within, and escape the confines of the matrix by empowering YOURSELF ...Myself included homies!!  I've had my own platform and voice for years; teaching others how to be autonomous and to seek out your true power.  What I learn, I share with the world.  I love it; coming to you weekly on all of my blogs:  ~ Avri James: Love Story; Fiction; Published Weekly https://avrijames.queenkhira.com/?zx=30c63c4d8ada9267 ~Nouveau Beauty: Beauty, Makeup, and Fashion For Less https://nouveaubeauty.queenkhira.com/ ~DIY Projects: Simple...

Ok Bitches, I let ya'll live this BS ya'll call real life for quite some time... Now , I'm about to GO IN... Some of you guys are really out here losing what little minds ya'll have left!  The World is legit on fire rn, and each and every one of us is seeking some form of escape.  The funny thing is, you were ALL told precisely how to ride this one out by minding your own business...So why does it seem like we are flocking by the masses to do the EXACT  opposite?! I'm not a social media person; I will jump on every so often to check messages, and the temperature of the greater diaspora.  In essence, I have no algo rhythm😅!   So explain to me why I in the hot ham sandwich have I been bombarded with the latest waves of foolishness, and the flat out refusals to stay to ourselves👀?!  Oh I get it, ya'll are just gonna force  me to engage in filth?!  I've seen us out here arguing Bots down to the ground over people you don't even know ... ...

Oh you not gonna sit up here and act like the Universe has not been serving you up the same WTF it's been dishing out to the majority of the human race lately.  Funny thing, most of it has been internal conflict...for us regular folk, that is; we are not even gonna address the dumpster fire that famous people seem to be publicly experiencing with unrelenting force.  The age of Aquarius has come out Swinging !!   Connection to anything real has been seemingly impossible because we are constantly being inundated with shit that is totally irrelevant and completely out of touch from its target market: Us.  Forget about us drowning in a sea of our own crap...Our desperation for understanding and validation in someone else is the one thing that continually alludes us, and a common thread that ties us all together.  We search for answers everywhere; including the Heavens.  We look up, uncertain of precisely what to search for, and yet, there is knowing...

QueenKhira.com has always been a place for you to come for self-discovery.  It's meant to encourage you, push your boundaries, and provide much-needed respite from the programming reality offers.  I wanted to infuse this idea into your everyday lives, to make it organically apart of your daily design.  With that, Our Sitewide theme was born, I'm Doing THIS, for ME...  I still try not to be amazed at the perfection of a synchronistic moment, it's truly a remarkable feeling.  To discover your desired state of being, and to be able to return to it, whenever you desire, is REAL magic.  Ladies and Gentleman, it's time to embrace it as the new norm.  It's time to relax into the natural ebb and flow of life, relinquishing to control we never truly had...and why the Hell not?!  What's the alternative, badgering myself into an anxiety-filled submission, heavy with self-pity and disappointment?!  Yea, No.   In all things, there is Cosm...

With the New Moon in Virgo last week, that means The Full Harvest Moon in Aries follows close behind in just 10 days.  It's the closest full moon to the Fall Equinox, earning it's title.  What better time to "harvest" the intentions set at past Moons...It's a time when you are at your most powerful energetically; Ideal  for manifesting the desires of your heart.  This phase of the Moon is most useful for: Purification Rituals for Renewal Sex Magic Divination Psychic Enhancement Spirit Work Love Drawing Justice Female Empowerment Ancestral Veneration Wish Fulfillment   The Moon, her fullest incarnation is represented by the Egyptian Goddess Isis; "The embodiment of fertility, abundance, and illumination."  The moon is in its most "powerfully feminine"  energy at this time.  It has the juice to make ANY  seeds planted flower.  With all that being said, IDK about ya'll, but I Need ALL of that!  Something I Swear by when it comes t...

I don't know if you can feel it, but we are on our own right now...The Universe has said, "You've done enough, now Chill .  I'll take it from here."  Soooo much easier said then done!  Whe n the Universe says STOP, it means EVERYTHING- including Love.  As if we weren't all already out here in full panic; worried we will be spending our adult lives alone.  Now  the Universe is like, "Don't worry, I got this.  I'm not gonna tell you shit, just Trust.  In the meantime, take up a new hobby, I'll let you know when I'm ready.😁"    Immerse Yourself IN  Yourself...This is what the Universe is asking of us; to make ourselves and our needs the ONLY priority.  To the point where you can no longer stand your own company.  Oh don't worry bitches, I'm right here in this same boat of seemingly boredom-I digress; Self Love .  I'm determined to see this through; like when you're working out and ready to quit because you'r...

I remember a time in my life when a simple discussion about tarot was enough to send the listener screaming, running towards the nearest church!  A person was not even allowed to properly educate themselves on the subject to make an informed decision as to what tarot cards were all about.  I was definitely raised in one of those environments where anything outside the perimeters of the Baptist church had better not be discussed; let alone learned or practiced. Lucky for me, I was BORN this way.  Fuck it, it's the truth.  What my soul seeks, She GETS... My intrinsic inclinations have always connected me to the natural world, compelling me to seek what lies beneath, and my place in it all.  Tarot cards, I soon discovered, is a direct line to the Universe, and intuition is the operator.  It's a way to talk, and better still,  HEAR what the Universe has to say in response.  Tarot is NOT evil, nor is it a way to predict the future.  In life, ...

Those just might be my 2 favorite C words known to man!  With the start of a new year, it's only right I acquire a little bit of both!  I've had my eyes peeled for the past few weeks for all of the best sales; I had my heart set on a new piece of Rainbow Tourmaline and Rose Quartz(see below for crystal properties and uses if you aren't familiar!).  At the same time, I have also been dreaming of some new bags; crossbodys and a satchel, to be specific; a little on the fancy side though.  All of my work was not in vain because guess what?!  Marshall's is now carrying Badgley Mischka handbags and wallets-mike drop...but it gets even BETTER-not one item is priced over $29.99!!  Wait, What?!  Yes Please!!  Amazon has 1 lb of Raw Rainbow Tourmaline AND Rose Quartz for under $15.00.  I also came across a National Geographic Rock Polisher for $39.99!!  Your girl is absolutely THRILLED!!  What crystals do you have your eye on?!  H...

I woke up this morning ON MY SHIT!!!  I don't know it it's all this energy Mercury Retrograde has freed up, but I like it!!   I woke up wanting something new and different.  I'm ready for exactly what I deserve, and it's high time I got it, ALL OF IT!!  You know, I have just been feeling so detached from it all for so long, it was refreshing to wake up and be ready to ENGAGE with the world.  As a matter of fact, the 1st thing I did was run straight to a blank page to write this all down!  The sun was up to greet me; TODAY IS MINE!!! It's time to let go...all that is no longer serving our greater good is unwanted clutter.  It's time for the newness of life to come in, just as it does in Spring.  We change with the seasons.  I'm over the drabness of winter and all the things that died there.  I'm ready to LIVE!!  Today feels like a call to life that is just impossible to ignore.  Any and all things that are in...

You know, there's a reason why you NEVER see negative reviews of products on Nouveau...It's because I absolutely DO NOT condone the spread of negativity.  If I don't like it, you will not hear me talk about it.  If you are an OG follower, you will recall my instant love affair with Juvia's Place several years ago.  as soon as they hit the scene, I was immediately smitten with the insane pigmentation and shadow quality; I could not sing her praises loud enough, and as new products have come out, I snapped them up ASAP.  I was all too thrilled to revisit an old favorite... Because I steer clear of controversy, it's not strange that I was completely unaware of all the dramatics recently surrounding the brand it's owner, Chi Chi Eburu.  So much so, that I logged on to the site 2 weeks ago to make another purchase.  After checkout, I headed over to YouTube to see what the beauty community had to say about my newest acquisitions.  It was the...

This idea started in my journal this morning, then I later thought to pose it to the rest of the world...I recently came across an article (linked below the post) on theminsjournal.com that talked about lucid dreaming.  I no longer believe in coincidence, an took this as a response to the unanswered questions bouncing around in my head about what is actually HAPPENING to my mind and thought process as I grow, evolve, and change.  It broke me down in plain English, and helped me gain much-needed clarity on my current situation... What the article basically said, in a nutshell is that we are never truly awake until/unless we are completely focused, and living in the present moment.  The concepts of past, present, and future are all one construct; all existing right now, simultaneously.  In essence, we are constantly experiencing these things both consciously, and subconsciously.  What we do from day to day, is experienced through a state of Lucid Dreaming; ...
