Smiling from the Inside Out

"All I do is WIN WIN WIN NO MATTER WHAT!!!!" Yes!!! This is my new mantra!! I'm sorry, but I just CANNOT stop smiling!! I'm hoping that happiness is overly contagious for the rest of my life. How great would it be for everyone you come in contact with to become infected with your JOY?!

Oh wait, that is POSSIBLE!!!

Smiling from the inside out is a concept I came up with to show just how possible it is to throw a little of your happiness over to the next man...

Think about how your favorite song made you FEEL the first time you heard it. Stay inside that feeling for a few minutes. Now, think about how you felt when you learned all the words...Take that and let it spread all over your body, filling your heart with that original JOY.

You got it? Can You feel it? Are you sparkling yet?! You are? Ok perfect. Now it’s time to take your show on the road...

Let that song play over and over again as you go through your day, awaiting the first person in which to share. When you finally come in contact with them, SMILE. Not the automatic one that we throw on just to get through an interaction, but one that comes from that feeling I told you to hold onto. Depending on the song, you might even do a little two step...It will be radiant. It will pour over the person like honey, and stick like it too!! The trick is to STAY INSIDE THAT FEELING. Do not let the other person’s melancholy attitude change YOU; instead, decide that your beautiful, positive energy is BOSS right now.

Choose wisely those you choose to “infect”; remember how powerful your light is; it can become addictive! You want to make sure you are sharing with those who are worthy, and not in the business of sucking others dry. I think I actually prefer to infect strangers!😏. We all have super powers. It’s high time to accept them, harness them, and start using them for good. ~The Queen~

Those just might be my 2 favorite C words known to man! With the start of a new year, it's only right I acquire a little bit of both! You Only Owe YOURSELF

I had an epiphany the other day... What if we put all the energy we expel on others that is foolishly wasted BACK into ourselves, our life dreams, and into creating the world we CHOOSE to live in??!! Before we all become hopelessly selfish and self-involved, re-read, and take in the thought in its ENTIRETY!!! I am talking SPECIFICALLY in instances where your positive energy, time, and effort are not being reciprocated. There are so many situations we find ourselves in to which we develop an animosity of sorts towards those we are actively trying to help when we don’t feel that same energy being returned to us in one form or another. Yet, we are taking umbridge with the wrong individual. The person we should be focusing those feelings is right there waiting on the other side of the mirror. That is who entangled you and your resources to an individual making moves to which your higher self is not in agreement. This is who we should look to for explanation and a game
