Connecting With Your Higher Self

See, if I had sky like this to meditate under each day at dusk, I'd be running outside READY to kiss the sky!!lol That sky is seriously gorgeous and instantly centering me just looking a it! Today's post is just a quick come thru to put you guys up on a guided meditation I have recently become OBSESSED with.

The video is linked below via YouTube, and I CANNOT sing its praises loud enough. It has the perfect balance of relaxation and visualization, taking me EXACTLY where I need to be everytime. I look forward to this guided meditation each time I have it on the agenda for the day. I use this to reconnect when I feel like I'm just out here flailing around and need to ground myself.

Something that this mediation had me thinking about that I don't think ever crossed my mind prior to this was what imagining what my higher self actually LOOKS like. I don't recall ever thinking of this before. I think I automatically assumed She looked like me. Now that the possibility has been presented that my higher self could actually look totally different, I think I will spend some time putting her together in my mind palace;-)

I would suggest prior to sitting down and performing the meditation to speak with your higher self that you take a few minutes to think about exactly what you want to say. Figure out what you need, open your mind and heart to receive, then proceed. If you are NOT familiar with your higher self, and will be meeting for the first time, be prepared to meet the best, most full and complete version of YOU. Down the Rabbit Hole You Go...~The Queen~

Have you ever had something happen, either directly or indirectly, that shakes shit up in your world so much in that moment that it leaves you contemplating whether or not what just occurred was real? As of late, this is a feeling that I have become all too familiar with. What I noticed happening was that I was allowing whatever happened to hijack my day and consume my energy.
