Big Girl Boots



We all want to wear them, but dammit if they not a bitch to walk in!!  The most painful part of stepping into our true selves is having to deal with  aspects of ourselves that we never really examined.

Yet while we are on this incredible journey, LIFE DOES NOT STOP HAPPENING.  I say this is because  while I am still growing into myself, BS is still BS.  The difference is that now I'm actually EXAMINING it.  Yup, I pick it up, turn it over.  All that.

Everything happens for a reason, this we all know, so now I just want to get to the WHY.  Let me tell you something, BS examination is sooooo ANNNOOOYYYYIIINNNGGG!!  But I can't help it. This is why I say these big girl boots gotta GO!!

Na, all jokes aside.  It is absolutely a %100 fact that once you KNOW, you cannot go back to the way things used to be.  No matter how much I try, old ways of thinking and handling certain situations just don't suit me anymore.  Every challenge or opposition I am faced with now has me trying to figure out what I need to get out of that particular scenario.

There is no such thing as fixing what is happening around you.  The only thing you are capable of repairing is inside.  As I stated in "Man in the Mirror", what's happening around us is a "visual aid" to our sub-conscious and what is going on in our heads.  If you are trying to change something you see, you gotta first figure out what aspect of yourself this is coming from.  Once that happens, you can then address it head on and begin to repair the damage.  This is where we start paying the cost to be the Boss.

Becoming pure light is an arduous journey that we must vigilantly endeavor to achieve.  Just when you think you are on the verge of mental collapse, everything is illuminated.  This is what your tears have paid for.  Finish the Journey.  Individuality is Superhuman.

Out of My Element

Have you ever had something happen, either directly or indirectly, that shakes shit up in your world so much in that moment that it leaves you contemplating whether or not what just occurred was real?  As of late, this is a feeling that I have become all too familiar with. What I noticed happening was that I was allowing whatever happened to hijack my day and consume my energy.  In these moments, all I could feel myself yearning for was my routine and the things in everyday life that renew me everyday... So why wasn't I doing these things to get myself out of this weird space??!!
