If only it were that easy...Oh wait, it is, through Meditation! It’s no small coincidence that the word Medicine has the same prefix! People, we have been told countless times of the overall benefits of Meditation, yet we hesitate in intergrating the practice into everyday life. WHY??!!

to reach beyond what is seen and search within for the answers we seek.
I will use myself and an experience I had when I first started with my meditation practices.
I was sitting completely relaxed, feeling the air around me; I thought, “I wonder what it would be like if my body was practically weightless like the air around me..”. Just as quickly as the thought was formed, I started to be “lifted”! It wasn’t my physical body, because I could still feel it presently, but that didn’t stop me from reaching to grab both shoulders with each of my hands! I immediately understood that It was my ESSENCE being lifted, and I was NOT comfortable with that concept AT ALL.

Anything we can fathom, WE CAN DO. In those moments of PURE elevation, we are able to create.
So what are we afraid of???!! We would rather go insane and lose ourselves in vices than to deal with ourselves and our issues to reach a point of REAL healing and self-discovery. We MUST remember that the most important Trinity, the one ESSENTIAL to mental survival and evolution is the one between Mind, Body, and Spirit. It must be a constant endeavor to unite the Three.
